Make an enquiryDetail is where our CBCT scanner comes into its own. Our CBCT (computerised tomography) scanner can carry out detailed anatomical investigations, and inform complex dental procedures. Examples include bone structure appraisal or the accurate placing of dental implants. The scanner emits only a fraction of the dose of a standard x-ray.
The CBCT scanner process is fast straightforward and can be conveniently carried out in comfort at our practice in Selby. This means that you won’t have to travel to another practice or wait long for your diagnosis. Being able to see a 3D image of your mouth for yourself will also help you better understand any issues.
The team at The Crescent is led by Dr Altaf Hussain (Principal Dentist - GDC No. 77944). Altaf has over 20 years experience in general practice and has completed extensive postgraduate education, which includes advanced qualifications in restorative and aesthetic dentistry and facial aesthetics.
